She, along with her team members, are committed to meeting our customers' expectations by providing fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Shon has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership Development. She has been a member of the Home Telecom Team since 2006 and has over 15 years of customer service experience.
