Community Connect Offers Affordable Internet Options
Home Telecom offers affordable internet options through our Community Connect program. We understand how important internet access is, and for those who need assistance paying for it, we're here to help—affordable internet in my area.
If you’re on one of the following programs, you may be eligible for Community Connect.
- Federal Public Housing Assistance / Section 8.
- Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Free or Reduced Price School Lunch Program
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Federal Pell Grant
- Lifeline
- Temporary Assistance for Need Families (TANF)
Community Connect from Home Telecom offers a $34.95/month plan if you qualify. This rate applies to Cable Modem and Fiber customers that receive up to 100 Mbps and DSL customers that receive up to 75 Mbps.
Lifeline Assistance is a federal program that further lowers the monthly internet and phone service cost to $12.75/mo.
